We at The Morphic Group are in the business of building solutions. Solutions require a combination of skill, experience, and thinking outside the box. We've got all that in spades. We also have something that no one else does. We've got Creative Tech.

What is Creative Tech? It's how we're able to build the very best creative solutions, and it involves bringing together the skill, experience, and creativity of everyone on our team without any artificial barriers. In practical terms it means that we bring together top-notch artists, programmers, quality assurance engineers, and people from a variety of other disciplines, and we put them on one team. We have them work together. It may sound sensible. That's because it is sensible. And it's very effective. Yet we're the only ones doing it. It makes us different. And it makes our work stand out.

In our industry it is a common practice to create lots of silos. The people in those silos are told to build solutions. However, they're not allowed to talk to (collaborate with) one another. It's a bit like trying to build a bridge from two sides without any coordination. Usually the sides won't meet up in the middle, and you'll end up with a bridge that can't get you from one side to the other. It's not a very good way to build a bridge, and it's not a very good way to build creative solutions either.

Creative Tech is how we do business. It's the only way we know how.

• know what to expect, familiarity is good
• be prevented from making errors
• be assisted, the less to enter or remember the better
• be given an efficient interface that is flexible to suit their needs
• be presented beautiful design that does just what it needs
• be presented with helpful guidance when encountering problems
• have interactions explained with intuitive integrated guidance

Scrum

You've had bad experiences with solutions companies. We know. We've seen it happen. That's the reason we decided we'd be different.

We decided we'd be honest with you. In fact, not only will we be honest with you. We'll also put you in charge and we'll deliver a working product to you every two weeks. You can then decide what direction to take for the next two weeks. You're always in charge of your product, you're in charge of the the features, and you're in charge of your budget. Sounds like a good idea, right? We think it does.

This is how we manage projects. It's called Scrum or Agile. And The Morphic Group is the only company we know of where every employee is a certified ScrumMaster. We know it sounds funny :). And a few years ago we might not even have told you what it's called. However, today it's grown to be accepted as a best practice, and it's been adopted by some of the leading companies across diverse industries.

Scrum works really well. When we meet most of our clients they are still wary, having been through many difficult and bad experiences previously. However, after one project with us many, if not most of our clients turn into Scrum evangelists. With Scrum you won't have to worry as much. You won't be kept in the dark. Whatever the state of the project, you'll know. And you'll get to tell us what direction you'd lke to take.
